Since I've extended my medieval castle to include a town, I thought the town should have a wall, and this is what I came up with.
I already had the guard shack built-not sure from where. I just modified it to go in the wall and added a tower next to it.
And manned it.
This how it fits in my castle display. It ridges the gap between the two shelves, hence the support pieces jutting out to take weight off of the base-plates. There's just a little alley behind the blacksmith shop and church, there's more room behind the weaver shop for the guard shack.
Here's the minifigures. Pretty basic, went with uniform town guards with simple arms.
